We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant / Patient Advocate to join our team. In this vital role, you will assist patients throughout their journey in our facility, developing personalized care plans and coordinating various patient care services. Working alongside a team of dedicated medical professionals, you will strive to deliver the highest quality of care and ensure a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities :

• Answering phones and managing patient communication.
• Scheduling appointments, managing billing, and coordinating patient care services.
• Assisting with emails, community outreach, and supporting staff at events.
• Managing social media and marketing efforts.
• Conducting testing, re-examinations, and assisting with the development of health interventions.
• Caring for kids of all abilities, holding cute babies, and empowering moms and families.
• Collaborating closely with patients and their families to ensure they receive necessary support.
• Consulting with other health care providers and specialists to arrange treatment plans.
• Attending ongoing training and courses to keep abreast of new developments in health care.
• Treating patients with empathy and respect while maintaining a professional demeanor.
