Salesforce Inc. seeks Software Engineering MTS in San Francisco, CA:
Job Duties : Design and develop innovative software for Salesforce next-generation Visual Analytics and Collaboration suite. Leverage creativity and experience to create new features and products that satisfy customer needs and extend the customers’ ability to see, understand, and reach out and touch their data. Author requirements and design documents for major features. Implement major features in the server and desktop products. Author automated tests (unit test and black box tests). Work with customers, support, and QA to resolve bugs and support technical issues. Improve the software development process by building or deploying tools to the team. Review and provide detailed feedback on documentation and test plans for features. ˆHQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
Minimum Requirements : Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering or closely related quantitative discipline and six (6) months of experience in job offered or related field.
A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering).
Special Skill Requirements : (1) Java; (2) JavaScript; (3) C++; (4) Docker; (5) Agile Software Development; (6) Enterprise Software Testing and Release Engineering. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
