Job description

Northwest Medical Group, has an opportunity for a board certified/board eligible Internal Medicine physician to replace a physician in our busy primary care practice on our Portage campus. New residents welcome!

• Outpatient only
• Existing patient base available with opportunity to grow
• Office based procedures encouraged and supported

• Call 1:4 or greater (telephone only
