Hybrid/Local Azure Data Factory Developer with ETL, Qlik, DSS, Visual Studio, OLAP, SSIS, SSAS, DevOps and TFS experience

Location: Tallahassee, FL DOH

Duration: 12 Months

CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
The Contractor must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
5.1. Five years of experience with ETL using Microsoft visual studio business intelligence tool or Azure Data
factory.
5.2. Five years of experience with Qlik.
5.3. Five years of experience performing requirements analysis and generating ad-hoc reports.
5.4. Five years of experience with object-oriented analysis and design.
5.5. Five years of experience with SQL rational databases and Decision Support Systems (DSS), high
performance, service-oriented, and multi-tiered environments. Business Intelligence Development
Studio or Visual Studio for package(s) development.
5.6. Five years of demonstrated experience in system support and maintenance.
5.7. Five years of experience writing relational and Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) database queries
using SQL.
5.8. Five years of experience working with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) and SQL Server Integration
Services (SSIS) or Azure data factory.
5.9. Three years of experience with Source Control systems such as Visual Studio Team Services or Team
Foundation Server or Azure DevOps. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
6.1. SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and mannerspecified:
6.1.1. Design and Develop Ad-hoc reports and queriesto meet user and program needs daily as directed
by the Department.
6.1.2. Design and Develop SSIS packages to satisfy program requirements daily as directed by the
Department.
6.1.3. Develop and support web interface to publish SSRS or Crystal report for end users daily as
directed by the Department.
6.1.4. Design and develop data management routines to populate centralized datasets used for
reporting key performance indicators and HIVQUAL Quality Measures daily as directed by the
Department.
6.1.5. Provide support and be on call during off hours, holidays, and weekends as directed by the
Department.
6.1.6. Document system design, functionality, technical objectives, business requirements, business
processes, and system processes daily as directed by the Department.
6.1.7. Collaborate with the Department s Division of Disease Control and Health Protection (DCHP)
information technology teams; design, develop, and code based on business requirements for
the DCHP Master Person Index (MPI) project as part of the overall strategic effort for integration
and interoperability of its systems and software daily as directed by the Department.
6.1.8. Work with Division resources to standardize collection and storage of DCHP shared data daily as
directed by the Department.
6.1.9. Maintain current SQL server integration packages deployed in production daily as directed by the
Department.
6.1.10. Maintain and support HIV/AIDS Data warehouse and other SQL Server Databases daily as directed
by the Department.
6.1.11. Develop new SQL server integration package as needed for Extract, Transform and Load (ETL)
daily as directed by the Department.
