The Ideal Candidate
- Lead and manage commercial construction projects, overseeing all aspects of planning, execution, and completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and costs are controlled.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, closely monitoring progress and proactively addressing potential delays.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Implement and enforce quality control standards to meet or exceed industry regulations and client expectations.
- Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.
- Address client concerns and proactively manage expectations to ensure overall satisfaction.
Other Essential Functions
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with a focus on mechanical systems.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
