Job Description:
As an STNA you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to residents at our clients center. You will work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and collaborate with the nursing team to ensure the highest quality of care. Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with Activities of Daily Living
- Regularly check and record residents vital signs including temperature blood pressure pulse rate and respiratory rate and report any abnormalities or concerns to the nursing team
- Assisting with Mobility: Help residents with mobility and transfers including using assistive devices such as wheelchairs and walkers
- Assist with feeding residents who require assistance ensuring they receive proper nutrition and hydration as per their care plan.
- Accurately document and maintain records of residents care observations and interactions.
- Looking for 5 STNAs on 2nd and 3rd Shifts
- 2nd is 311:30 with half hour lunch
- 3rd is 117:30 with half hour lunch
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Cover Letter
- Proof of COVID19 Vaccine or exemption
- STNA certification or completion of a stateapproved nursing assistant training program
- CPR certification
