WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- The successful candidate's primary responsibilities are to support digital Marketing efforts and coordinate the marketing strategies under the direction of the Marketing Manager and Vice President of Sales and Marketing
- In-take and digital traffic marketing requests and manage deadlines from inception to completion efficiently and effectively.
- Interacts with various company departments, especially management and sales, to ensure that digital collateral and other communications accurately reflect the company's brand. Monitor external communications produced for uniformity in message and design
- Attend company-sponsored events and promotions, including grand openings
- Coordinate various integrated communication and marketing activities. Coordinate the production and implementation of marketing materials with external agencies. Assist with coordinating with design and drafting departments to create and complete all 3D renderings for our website, in collateral, and touchscreen systems
- Help coordinate electronic interactives used in sales presentations; this will include interactive presentations for new communities and updates as needed
- Schedule, gather, organize, and maintain visual assets in the company's online media library (photography, art, virtual tours, etc.)
- Oversee marketing efforts and act as a liaison between sales teams and the corporate office: provide website updates, fixes and changes as needed for the sales effort
- Create, proof, and edit a variety of writeups for different marketing mediums – including digital blog stories, ads, website copy, promotions, and more – both internally and through our partner agencies
- Work on creative content for both digital and physical marketing assets, such as brochures, ads, and signage through partnerships with our agencies and vendors
- Monitor, review, gather, organize and present various metrics and statistics about the performance of the digital marketing efforts, particularly Google and campaign performance data

WHAT YOU BRING:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in marketing, advertising, or communication and/or equivalent of two years of experience
- Advanced computer skills, excellent grammar and spelling, Microsoft Office, Publisher, and PowerPoint required
- Photoshop, InDesign, WordPress, website knowledge, and Google Analytics
- Communicates well in both written work and face-to-face interaction
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to juggle various projects simultaneously
- Detailed oriented
- Enjoys working in a team environment
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, talk, and hear.
- Position requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, grasping, writing, typing, repetitive motions, hearing ability, visual acuity, and climbing stairs on occasion.
- The employee frequently uses a computer keyboard, regularly travels (as a vehicle driver and as a passenger on various modes of transportation), and occasionally performs work on-site at construction work sites.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Employee views computer monitor frequently.
- May occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
