Our celebrated Luxury Hotel is looking for the next evolution of leadership in a General Manager to inspire our team. We are looking for a servant leader with a high-end, independent hotel experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and accommodation for all guests, front and back of the house. This person will have a healthy admiration for the local culture and its preservation!
Hotel General Manager Qualifications :
- 3-5 years as General Manager in an independent hotel, 4-diamond plus
- Progressive career trajectory
- Positive, caring, and compassionate personality with a proven history of servant leadership
- Knowledge of AAA and Forbes requirements for grading
- Strong financial acumen and ability
- Experience with Spa and Wellness programs required
Hotel General Manager Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of managers to meet and exceed high expectations
- Accountable for all financial results of the property
- Work directly with the management company on the vision and development of the hotel
- Work directly with the Sales department to capture and sufficiently price all business
- Interact with community and community leaders to promote the property
