We are seeking a Manager, Claims Analytics to collaborate with claims leaders and business intelligence colleagues to identify opportunities, define solutions, set priorities, and track progress. Do you have at least 5 years experience in data management and analysis? Do you you have at least 3 years experience in the property insurance vertical? Do you have at least one year experience as a Lead, Supervisor, or Manager? Then we want to talk to you!

What You Will Be Doing

- Produce consistent quantitative and qualitative analysis in a clear and concise format.
- Oversee the development of claims analytics tools for all lines of commercial insurance.
- Develop visual management dashboards for various users, from executive to front line.
- Oversee ad hoc projects and analysis.
- Regularly communicate business and process improvement recommendations to leaders.

What You Need for this Position

- 5+ plus years experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Engineer.
- 3+ years of experience working within property insurance vertical.
- 1+ year of experience as a Lead, Supervisor, and/ or Manager.
- Proficiency with data analytics programs, tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, math, finance, actuarial science, or related field or equivalent work experience.
