Clinical Outcomes Analyst – Quality Management Full Time Days

Work location: Texas Health Rockwall - 3150 Horizon Rd, Rockwall, TX 75032

Work hours: Full Time, 40 hours weekly, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm – must be able to work some night shifts

Here's What You Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• 2 years of experience with spreadsheets or database reporting required

• Healthcare experience preferred

• Expertise in data collection, aggregation, analysis and display of data using spreadsheet or database applications. Excellent verbal and written skills. Advanced computer skills. Facilitation/presentation skills.

What You Will Do:

Provides analytical, educational and technical support in areas such as quality improvement/performance improvement, infection prevention, patient safety goals and licensure and accreditation activities.
Creates spreadsheets, reports and database queries. Enters, imports and maintains data. Audits data for accuracy. Provides data to third parties as directed.
Collects and summarizes data/information to communicate improvement opportunities to leadership.
Keeps current on all pertinent clinical data base systems, tools and techniques.
