A & B Mechanical, LLC is a fully licensed mechanical contracting company. We provide plumbing, heating, air-conditioning, ductwork, and sprinkler installations as well as design-built systems, ductwork fabrication, and 24-hour service for our residential, commercial, and industrial clients. With more than 40 years of experience in the mechanical trades, collectively with 20-plus years in management, contracting, and firm ownership, A & B Mechanical brings a wealth of knowledge and skills that a small number of mechanical contractors possess.
Pay
- $85,000.00-$150,000.00/ annually
- Pay is based on skill level and experience

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and executed to satisfaction.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions as needed.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, providing regular updates to stakeholders and implementing cost-saving measures where possible.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Construction Management or related field a plus
- Experience in project management within the HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing industries
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from conception to completion
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Knowledge of HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing systems, equipment, and installation techniques
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry best practices
- Authorized to work in the US
- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with executive-level team
- Proven capability to effectively receive and execute directives with precision and timeliness
- Driven, ambitious, and eager to seize opportunities and pursue goals with tenacity and vigor
- Valid Driving License with a Clean Driving Record
- Ability to pass a background check upon hire
