Job description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the construction industry and the ability to lead projects from start to finish. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, and delivering on K-12, Higher Education, and commercial mechanical projects.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from design to completion. This includes managing and coordinating construction activities, monitoring project progress, making sure the project remains on schedule and on budget, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry. They should also have experience in managing K-12, Higher Education, and Commercial projects. Additionally, they should possess expertise in Mechanical, Piping, HVAC, and Plumbing.
This job offers a competitive salary of $120k - $140k annually. In addition, there are potential commissions, bonuses, and other perks available for the right candidate.
