Eastridge Workforce Solutions in collaboration with a leading global law firm renowned for advising clients on significant transactions and disputes, is seeking a Billing Specialist to join the Central Billing team. The ideal candidate will be highly flexible and committed to quality, customer service, teamwork, and supporting firm and department goals in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Billing Manager, the Billing Specialist will analyze, coordinate, and resolve billing issues, ensuring consistent communication with all involved parties. Responsibilities:

• Generate WIP and A/R reports
• Track status of e-billed invoices
• Revise and resubmit short-paid and rejected invoices
• Review time entries on pre-bills and request revisions
• Process edits of attorney’s time entries
• Participate in customer support process
• Assist in preparing and posting pre-bills and bills
• Gather and organize supporting documentation for expense charges

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Exemplary customer service mindset and team-oriented attitude
• Ownership mentality with exceptional follow-through skills
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends based on department needs

Experience:

• College degree preferred, but not necessary
• No legal billing experience required
• Strong technology skills, including MS Office Suite
