Job Description:
The Systems Engineer designs, implements and maintains the College's data center services to ensure security, integrity and availability of technical services; and supports the technical computing and communication needs of the campus community to enable optimal efficiency and productivity of all organizational components.
Duties include:
Other duties include organizing and disseminating technical information in an understandable format; working with vendors to identify potential products; testing server and data storage systems and software; and performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Education:
Associate's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Database Systems, Computer Programming, Cloud Computing, Information Technology, or a closely related field. Or, a High School Diploma with at least 6 total years of relevant experience as a system engineer
Required Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Active Directory, Windows Server OS, Hypervisor technology, and scripting language experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Active Directory, Windows Server OS 2012, 2016, 2019, Hypervisor technology, and experience with scripting, (e.g. Powershell).
