Job description

We are looking for a Event Coordinator to join their team in Kansas City, MO. We are always looking for new additions to our expanding sales, marketing, & events force and we believe that as long as our candidates are hard-working, positive and enthusiastic they will really fit in with us and do well here.

We provide brand representation for a large array of companies throughout Kansas City, MO. The position focuses on providing stellar customer service at our event campaigns such as: retail events, trade shows, conventions, etc. The position will begin with a paid training program to ensure your success in this entry level role while also providing the opportunity for advancement. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cultivate relationships with potential customers
• Interact with consumers and speak on behalf of our clients
• Set-up and disassemble event booths 
• Be able to multi-task
• Switch between duties with little trouble; great at multitasking
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, Self Starter, Motivated
• Be proficient in Windows and MacOS
• Create Visuals & Presentations
• Draft Content
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
