We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a company loacted in Beirut.
The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the work office. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Location: Beirut
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure equipment is in working order.
- Assist in day-to-day operations and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Support & Collaborate with the team members
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow-up with sales team and technicians.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
