Job description
Western's Peoria Roofing branch is looking to add several roofers to our team!
Pay Range: depending on experience
Benefits
- Union wage rate based on position
- This position is covered under a collective bargaining agreement and benefits are provided through the union
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Typical Duties:
- Report to jobsite on time and ready to work
- Perform daily work tasks in a safe and conscientious manner
- Utilize hand and power tools as needed to perform tasks
- Working on a crew to install commercial flat single ply roofing materials in the Peoria area
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a drug screen
- Follow direction of the foreman
- Physically, workers must be able to: see well (either naturally or with correction)
- Climb and maintain balance on ladders and scaffolds
- Abilities to work at heights, at extreme temperatures, and to wear company's safety equipment are essential
