Title: AEC Industry Experienced Marketing Coordinator
Office Locations: San Mateo, CA 94401; Oakland, CA 94607; and San Francisco, CA 94134 (Candidates have the option of being based out of any of our Bay Area office locations) Remote based work is also available
Award-winning consulting civil engineering firm with offices in San Francisco, San Mateo, and Oakland actively seeks Marketing Coordinator to provide a variety of marketing development coordination services. The Marketing Coordinator will be able to work out of any of our three Bay Area offices.
Marketing Coordinator Role and Responsibilities:
In This Position, The Qualified Individual Will Be Called Upon to Complete the Following Tasks
- Statement of qualifications and proposals preparation and support including managing the submittal timelines, coordinating with firm staff, and coordinating with subconsultants.
- Coordination of firm team attendance at preproposal meetings, interviews, and post-proposal follow up.
- Creation and coordination of marketing materials and presentations
- Project data gathering and organizational activities including market research
- Use of InDesign and simple graphic design work
- Other duties as assigned
Marketing Coordinator Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing
- Proficient in Adobe programs such as InDesign
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple tasks
- Experience in the proposal coordination process, AEC industry specific experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and overall communication skills
- Strong knowledge in use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at one time

- Construction management including contract administration, inspection, constructability reviews, costs analysis, and claims management.
