Job description
Better Hearing is a privately-owned Audiology practice located in beautiful Wenatchee, Washington! Nestled in the Cascade Mountains at the confluence of the Wenatchee and Columbia rivers, Wenatchee is the perfect place for outdoor enthusiasts – skiing, boating, rock climbing, hiking and more.
Better Hearing opened its doors in May 2021 and has a loyal patient following. But don’t just take our word for it, read what our patients have to say on Google reviews! Our main office is located in Wenatchee, and we have an outreach clinic located in Omak, Washington. We are looking for a full-time or part-time Audiologist to join our team!
Responsibilities
-Diagnostic evaluations (audiometry, tympanometry, OAEs, APD evaluation)
-Cerumen removal
-Hearing aid selection and fitting
-Osseointegrated device fitting

-Contracted with most commercial insurance plans and WA State Labor & Industries claims
-Community Care Provider for VA
-All ages – pediatric to adult

Salary and Benefits
-Base salary ($70-$80K depending on experience) plus monthly bonus
-Medical/Dental/Vision/Life insurance and retirement package with employer match
-Paid time off with additional allowance for CEUs
-Sign on bonus and relocation reimbursement
Qualifications
-Doctorate in Audiology
-Licensed to practice Audiology in the State of Washington
