Prepare reports, review financial data, manage the assignment budget and profitability, and oversee client engagements. Mentor team members and facilitate staff development. Master's degree in accounting, business administration or related and two (2) years of experience with financial data analysis or related OR Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration or related and five (5) years of progressive experience with financial data analysis. Must have experience with handling tasks from start to finish with minimal guidance/supervision, providing mentorship and assisting with training. Must have strong organizational, communication, client management, and leadership skills. New Haven, CT and allow telecommuting from anywhere within the area.
