Vanguard Buick GMC of Carrollton is searching for an Experienced Electrical Automotive Technician to join our team. Why Work at Vanguard: Vanguard operates five dealerships. We invite you to learn more and discover "The Vanguard Family" Hourly Pay: $25.00 to $45.00 an hour, depending on experience and ASE Certifications What you will do:

• Test drive vehicles, perform diagnostics to determine the cause of failure.
• Plan work procedure in cooperation with the Shop Foreman.
• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency.
• Use diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive electrical systems.
• Communicate with Service Advisor helping to inform customer of any necessary or additional services required.
• Provide an estimate of the time required for repairs.
• Execute warranty repairs per manufacturer guidelines and specifications.

What we expect from you:

• 3 years or more electrical technician experience preferred.
• Understanding of GM warranty policies and procedures.
• Be a problem solver, self-motivated, focus on quality.
• Must have own tools.
