Visa Acceptance Solutions is currently recruiting a collaborative, trustworthy, high-energy, and driven Account Manager with relevant experience in payments and fraud management sales. This individual will adopt our value-driven sales approach while staying focused on building stronger relationships with our install base, retaining revenue and working cross-functionally with our sales teams. Responsibilities include management and expansion of a portfolio of Strategic Enterprise Accounts. Visa Acceptance Solutions offers an environment that provides you with the tools, resources, and leadership position to manage and grow clients through a consultative approach in close collaboration with the wider Visa organization. This position is based in Lehi, UT.
Manage and grow a portfolio of Strategic Enterprise Accounts exceeding sales and revenue targets.
Develop an account plan, a renewal strategy, and a growth plan for every client in your portfolio.
Prove the value of Visa Acceptance Solutions by sharing data and insights that illustrate a positive return on investment.
Business lead on customer meetings/calls working closely alongside Visa Account Executives, Technical Account Management and Managed Risk Analysts
Serve as the customer advocate while effectively collaborating with internal, cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, sales engineering and finance.
You will be accountable to drive a strategy for Account Management through engagement of cross-functional resources such as Client Executives, Sales Engineers, Product Management, Executives, Tech Partners, etc.
Locations: Open to other Visa office locations, excluding NY.
Travel: 30%
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 131,000.00 to 170,400.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
