Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled
Physical Therapist . The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient-centered care, developing personalized treatment plans, and helping patients restore physical function and mobility.
Full-Time/Monday- Friday Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals.
- Utilize various therapeutic techniques, exercises, and modalities to improve patients' physical health and well-being.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, proper body mechanics, and injury prevention strategies.
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals involved in patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and comply with all regulatory standards and procedures.
Requirements: - Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Prior experience in an outpatient clinic setting is preferred.
- Strong clinical reasoning and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
