Job description
MacMulkin Chevrolet-Cadillac is looking for a motivated, customer-service oriented individual to join our team as a service appointment coordinator. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced office environment and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The primary responsibilities of this position include scheduling appointments, nurturing the customer relationship, answering phones and providing support to the service staff.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule service appointments for clients
- Answer phones and record client information
- Making outbound service calls
- Provide support to service staff; including but not limited to, preparing reports, filing and copying
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
