Summary
Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a part-time (0.65 FTE) Hospitalist to join our team based at Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett, Washington. This position is a combination of days and night shifts.
Providence has provided exceptional, compassionate care for Northwest Washington communities since 1905. It serves mainly Snohomish County and north King County but also serves as a referral center for counties north of Snohomish. PRMCE is divided into two main campuses. Colby and Pacific. Pacific campus meets the needs mainly of women's health and newborns, including gynecologic, obstetric, and neonatal care. The larger Colby campus is the main campus for all other care and is the site of what is often claimed to be the busiest ED in the state. There are 491 patient beds between the 2 campuses. The ED boasts 79 private treatment rooms and the Critical care department 48 private rooms. Washington Permanente Medical Group (WPMG) hospitalist team provides care at the Colby campus, and on occasion consultative care at Pacific campus. Subspecialty consultation is provided mainly through partnerships with The Everett Clinic, Providence Medical Group and Western Washington Medical Group.

Compensation and Benefits
The entire salary range for this position is $287,025.00 to $337,677.00 and will be prorated based on FTE. Placement of new hires will be in the range of $287,025.00 to $320,793.00 based on factors such as education, training or experience.
Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, basic life, and disability insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, receive employer contributions to the 401(k) plan, and enroll in our cash balance pension plan. Employees will also receive four weeks of paid vacation leave every year and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year, and will receive continuing medical education leave and funding.

The City of Everett, population 108,000, is the county seat of Snohomish County, Washington. Located about 25 miles north of Seattle, Everett is a Pacific-Rim city situated on Port Gardner Bay. Home to Everett Marina, the largest public marina on the West Coast, Snohomish County Airport at Paine Field, and the Port of Everett Seaport, the fastest growing commercial export port on the west coast. Once a mill town built on wood-based industries, today's labor force of more than 80,000 is predominately employed in technology, aerospace and service-based industries.
