Job Summary
This role will lead and manage our “Made-To-Order” portfolio and optimize across the organization. You will work with all business functions (product groups, sales, supply chain, sourcing, and technology) to increase efficiency and productivity for the MTO portfolio of products. You will develop strategies and actions for our Enterprise Solutions / National Account focused portfolios. You will analyze and develop actions that impact our stock and non-stock solutions.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
Portfolio Management: Drive family/option optimization across our portfolios using data, input from sales, product, and supply chain. Analyze and idenitfy families/options and align with the appropriate portfolio, identify options that can be removed from offering, identify and manage RMI reductions, conduct lead time analysis and develop strategies with product and supply chain, analyze and enhance RFA process.
Life-Cycle Management: Identify families that need to be sunset and work process to align with the appropriate portfolio, assist on product discontinuations, collaborate with product teams on VAVE projects, identify parts consolidation opportunities
Collaborate with our Enterprise Solutions and product teams to manage the focused enterprise customer specific portfolio (participate in design, analyze existing solutions, SKU reductions, suggest alternatives, supply chain analysis, etc.) to improve service, profitability,
Supporting other portfolios managers and teams to maximize share, profitability and cash flow.
Education (minimum education required)
Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing or Finance
Skills and Minimum Experience Required
Data analytics experience using Excel and PowerBI & story telling with data
Project management experience
Excellent peer influencing and problem solving skills
Gathering voice of customer data and translating into strategy/actions
Robust Business Acumen

The range for this position is $74,700.00 to $167,900.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
