With Learning Care Group’s Director-in-Training program, you will receive hands-on training and support from our company’s best and brightest school leaders as you prepare to assume a Director role of your own Center!
As a Director in Training, you get to:
- Lead!Manage school staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing performance improvement plans. Assist with the implementation of Company-provided curriculum, which includes coaching, communicating, and interpreting standards with teachers.
- Promote!Ensure the school operates in accordance with company and state licensing standards, while promoting a positive partnership within the surrounding community.
- Innovate!Spark imagination, build self-esteem, and help children discover new things each day in an educational, caring, and safe environment.
- Build!Recruit, select, and retain quality staff.
- Learn!In addition to shadowing your local mentor Directors, you will join a network of ECE professionals from over 1,070 Child Care centers and growing!

Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- CDA, associate, or bachelor’s degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Must meet state education and experience requirements for Child Care center director.
- 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.
