SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care

Our therapy team, which executes customized treatment plans that deliver real results and exceed patients' expectations, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). If you're motivated to give our clients a more positive quality of life we encourage you to apply today!

• Write detailed assessments, treatment goals, and programming to address the needs of each client
• Develop and monitor data collection for all programs being run
• Conduct training on specific treatment goals
• Have flexible hours to be responsive to client needs
• Communicate with the Director of Waiver Services on a regular basis
• Oversee assessments, plan development, and ongoing program data analysis to ensure maximum client progress
• Remain current on new research and developments in behavior analysis

• Must be currently licensed in applicable state or certified (BCBA)
• Minimum Master's Degree in a Mental Health discipline or Behavior Analysis
• Willingness to learn and follow the clinic’s standards of practice
• Proficient in the use of various computer programs including Microsoft Office
• Excellent written communication skills for professional emails and assessments/reassessments
