SUMMARY

The eRetial Advertising Associate for Nature's Sunshine will be a key member in the North American marketing team solely responsible for ensuring we deliver on the business and consumer objectives within Amazon. This individual needs to be uber Amazon Advertising savvy with a data-driven, acquisition-focused mindset. They must have extensive knowledge of Amazon best practices including general principles, advertising analytics, advertising, and advertising management, etc.

This position will report to the Director of Marketplaces.

Responsibilities include:

• Strategic thought leadership on PDPs, A+ Content EBCs, Storefronts, virtual bundles, etc to optimize customer experience and performance.
• Track PDP optimizations and coordinate edits, track changes, aligning to best-in-class benchmarks.
• Collaborate with customer service, outside agencies and the marketing team to maintain the highest standard PDPs.
• Track cases, troubleshoot, respond to buyer, and engage with stakeholders to solve cases in a timely manner. Review seller and product feedback and work closely with CS to ensure optimization of KPIs.
• Coordinate and implement seasonal refreshes and new product launches on platform including A/B testing content. Conduct bi-weekly keyword research of eRetail SERPs and implement info on page and backend catalogue fields for ongoing page optimization.
• Conduct analysis of product performance and build monthly reporting to track progress and growth.
• Track pricing, subscribe and thrive, pricing rules, and pricing updates and implement any changes in pricing strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in Amazon advertising
• Knowledge of ad management tools like Teikametrics or similar
• Proficient in data analytics. Ability to use data to make informed, intelligent decisions.
• Extremely important -- Self-starter, driven, and insanely passionate about delivering on business goals
• Ability to work in a face-based, diverse culture across a broad spectrum of clients
