Job description

Odyssey Systems is seeking a Sr. Manager, Total Rewards to join our corporate HR staff. In the role, the ideal candidate will administrate our company’s benefit plans and assist in our compensation administration. This high-impact and highly visible role will require strategic thinking and a strong track record of leading and implementing total rewards programs as the organization continues to grow and scale. The Sr. Manager of Total Rewards will report to the Director of HR and work closely with members of the HR team as well as the senior executives and managers across Odyssey. This is a hybrid role at our corporate office in Wakefield, MA.

Duties includ e, but not limited to: 

• Lead and manage the development, implementation and administration for Odyssey's total rewards program, including compensation, benefits and 401k, across our entire footprint.
• Oversee the benefit strategy for Odyssey, considering market and industry trends and cost-effective approaches.
• Take the lead in ensuring there are effective and robust communications around our total suite of benefits (medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, basic and supplemental life, 401k, and additional ancillary plans.
• Along with the Director HR, build and maintain positive/productive relationships with external broker and vendors.
• Lead annual open enrollments through UKG platform.
• Along with Director HR, oversee company compensation, including leading annual merit review cycle, and completing market analyses to attract and retain best talent.
• Work closely with Director HR in developing and strategizing on the appropriate Management Incentive Bonus plan for the company.
• Responsibility for 3 HR Generalists who support benefits and HR Operation Processes. Ensure direct reports receive continued growth and development, through mentoring and coaching.
• Ensure that all total rewards programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Education: BS or BA in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 

Years’ experience: At least 7-10 years total rewards, compensation/benefits and strategy development, preferably in a leadership role.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively communicate benefit offering to employees at all levels.
• Strong collaboration skills and working in teams
• High level of attention to detail, accuracy and organization.
• Strong project management skills a
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive employee information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., CEBS, PHr, SHRM-SCP) are a plus.
• Human Resources Business Partnership experience a plus.
• Previous experience with UKG preferred.

Please note: Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as the Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
