Job description
Odyssey Systems is seeking a Sr. Manager, Total Rewards to join our corporate HR staff. In the role, the ideal candidate will administrate our company’s benefit plans and assist in our compensation administration. This high-impact and highly visible role will require strategic thinking and a strong track record of leading and implementing total rewards programs as the organization continues to grow and scale. The Sr. Manager of Total Rewards will report to the Director of HR and work closely with members of the HR team as well as the senior executives and managers across Odyssey. This is a hybrid role at our corporate office in Wakefield, MA.
Duties includ e, but not limited to:
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Education: BS or BA in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Years’ experience: At least 7-10 years total rewards, compensation/benefits and strategy development, preferably in a leadership role.

Please note: Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as the Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
