What You Will Be Doing

As a Sr. Industrial Engineer, you will be working at a leading Performance Automotive Manufacturing company. In Ithaca, NY...will pay for relocation funding!
Help create top vehicle technology.
Solve problems encountered and conceive new approaches.
This role requires professional production floor support, along with process participation to assemble and employ automated assembly equipment.
Must have a background in conveyors, vision systems, and robotics.
Must be responsible for procurement of new equipment, quotes for new business, and new programs.

Must Coordinate, plan, design, and conduct detailed engineering work for major projects.
The industrial plant must be able to pan and design for the manufacturing process.
Maximize efficiency in analyzing equipment, assembly methods, workflow, and workforce utilization.
Work with complex features such as designing conflicting requirements, standard materials, and difficult coordination requirements.
Work with conventional engineering practices and controlling complex features.

Work with Engineers, and technicians, supervise and work with clients.
Be able to Analyze operations, design workflows, reduce inefficiency, and make sure all final products meet quality standards.

Identify the need for improvement, and evaluate all manufacturing practices.
Must be able to problem solve, be action-oriented, have functional/technical skills, drive results, and follow all ethics/values.
