Job description

This is a teleworking position, with the expectation that you will be visiting clients in the community setting in the Howard County area.

Who You Are

If you have experience in case management or any human services experience, this might be the organization for you! We look for collaborative and creative minds, self-managing organizational skills, and the desire to challenge and grow professionally. A bachelor’s degree required, along with at least one year of experience working with people with autism spectrum disorder.

What You Will Do

Our Service Coordinators play a significant role in the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorder. The Service Coordinator supports the mission of The Coordinating Center by providing person-and family-centered coordination services that lead to increased independence and inclusion in the community. Service Coordinators are responsible for helping parents/caregivers with the Autism Waiver (AW) application process, completing contract requirements, documenting their activity, and assisting with transitioning out of the AW when appropriate. The Autism Waiver team is collaborative and uses the combined expertise of all team members to provide quality case management to all participants and their families.
