Job description

Adecco is seeking experienced CNC Vane Machinists for a local client located in Hartford County, CT. These are Temp to Hire opportunities. Pay is $23 - $27 hr, depending on experience, plus 12% differential on 2nd shift and 20% differential on weekend shift.
Position Details:
Multiple shifts available, all shifts are full time 40+ hours

Your Expertise:

1. Four (4) years or more in aerospace manufacturing environment

2. Three (3) years or more experience operating 4 Axis Grinding machine preferred

3. Exceptional mechanical ability

4. Good math skills

Your Challenge:

1. Use test panels to check testing material (penetrant) per customer specifications

2. Ability to set up and operate complex jobs with minimal supervision ensuring part conforms to specifications and requirements

3. Make necessary modifications or adjustments

4. Read and understand blueprints and operations sheets

5. Ability to verify dimensions using standard measuring instruments, such as micrometers, depth gages, height gages and verniers

6. Follow all safety requirements regarding machine operation including proper guarding

Education Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
