YOUR LIFE AS A VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS & SALES
As our Vice President of Operations & Sales, you keep our HVAC company on track by overseeing the sales, marketing, and operations of our business. You've studied the ins and outs of the HVAC industry, including current regulations and cost-saving grants. As someone who is both knowledgeable and persuasive, you easily build long-lasting relationships with clients as well as contractors and suppliers.
You recognize the importance of generating leads in our area, and you proactively explore new growth opportunities. You've researched our competitors and understand what makes our company unique. Collaborating with our marketing department, you develop a strategy to increase brand awareness. From social media to trade shows, you ensure that California Heating stands out from the crowd!
As our business grows, you make certain that it continues to operate smoothly. You work alongside HR to interview, hire, and train exceptional staff. The success of each employee is important to you, and you ensure that they have the tools and support they need.
