We are seeking a personable and organized individual to join our team at a private, family owned dental office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering the phone, scheduling appointments and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
1) Patient interaction: provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
2) Checking in patients when they arrive in our office.
3) Scheduling and coordination: schedule appointments efficiently considering both patient and dentists availability.
4) Front office tasks: assist in general office tasks, including answering phone calls, maintaining a clean and organized front desk.
