$4,000 Sign on Bonus!!

• Must be a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) or able to obtain within first 90 days of employment.
• 6 monthsof work experience in a home health agency, hospital, and/or long-term care facility or is actively enrolled in an accredited LPN/RN school of nursing with evidence of clinical skills training.
• Has working experience charting in an EMR system, Netsmart system preferred.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Demonstrates ability to read, write and follow direction and instruction.
• Has the physical ability necessary for extensive standing, lifting, and pushing.
• Demonstrates interest and empathy for the terminally ill and is comfortable with issues of death and dying.
• Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively and professionally with patients, families and other co-workers.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license with an automobile in good working order that is insured according to agency requirements.
