Job description

Lawrence Berkeley National Lab's () Climate & Ecosystems Division has an opening for a Research Assistant to join the team.

In this exciting role, you will conduct research on projects developing enrichments and isolates that are capable of degrading recalcitrant carbon under aerobic and anaerobic conditions. You will assist in design and will execute enrichments with different recalcitrant carbon including TNT, analogues and degradation intermediates; monitor growth and assay for specific metabolites; and use DNA-based methods to identify communities and isolates.
