Title: Benefits Manager - HRIS, Excel, Benefits Specialty, Worker's Comp
Location: Fairfield, CT - ON-SITE - 5 Days A Week
Salary: $115,000-$125,000 - Depending on Experience
Requirements: 5+ Years in Benefits, HRIS, Excel, Worker's Comp, Manufacturing preferred, 300+ employees

What You Will Be Doing

You will support initiatives that drive the company values throughout the department and organization. You will maintain alignment with multiple departments of our business. You'll also participate in the hiring process of additional team members as needed to support the department and organization. You'll be the innovator and create a common vision of HR related matters at all levels within the company.

What You Need for this Position

- 5+ Years in Corporate Benefits, preferably in Supervisor or Manager role
- HRIS, Worker's Comp, Human Resources, Insurance functions
- Experience with UltiPro, MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook
- COBRA, EAP, 401k
- 10%-20% Travel Domestically
