Responsibilities:

• Manage overnight operations to ensure smooth restaurant functioning
• Supervise and train staff members to deliver exceptional customer service
• Oversee inventory management and ordering
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a managerial role preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work overnight and on weekends
• Passion for providing outstanding customer service
