Technical Documentation Data Analyst
Position Description
Join our CGI team in a dynamic environment supporting the US Army customer in analyzing and extracting data from government and commercial technical documentation and validating the accuracy of Army configuration data. Become an important team member in the service of our military!
Your future duties and responsibilities
1. Review technical documentation, extract pertinent information and enter the appropriate data into a relational database.
2. Review/Analyze technical data packages in support of the AMCOM Tech Loop process for procurement actions.
3. Update database files to reflect Engineering Change activity as necessary.
4. Perform routine duties as they relate to task to include preparation of reports and maintenance of various spreadsheets.
5. Must work well within a team environment dealing with high volume work with speed and accuracy.
6. Communicate with customers and coworkers to resolve issues.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
1. Experience using a computer and Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
2. Ability to perform data entry functions for 90% of a workday.
3. Solid analysis and problem-solving skills necessary.
4. Must work well within a team environment dealing with high volume work with speed and accuracy.
5. Ability to work core hours between 8:00 and 4:30 Monday thru Friday.
6. Three years of related experience and a high school diploma or a degree and 3 years of experience.
7. US Citizenship and SECRET security clearance or ability to obtain.
Desired experience:
1. MEARS (Multi-User ECP Automated Review System),
2. ICAPP (Interactive Configuration and Procurement Program),
3. EDIS (Electronic Data Information System)
4. Windchill

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $18-$21/HR
