POSITION SUMMARY The Lead Product Manager, Consumer Marketing is an important member of the U.S. Marketing team and will play a critical role in driving the engagement strategy for the ALS community (e.g., people living with ALS and caregivers). This individual will be responsible for executing upon key tactics that align with the U.S. RELYVRIO brand strategy, including the execution of a direct-to-consumer campaign. This role requires proven ability to lead Community engagement initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Support the development of the overarching strategic engagement plan for the ALS community (people living with ALS and caregivers) to drive brand awareness.
- Lead the implementation of the direct-to-consumer (DTC) campaign, including execution of tactics.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including digital strategy team to develop strategies and optimize efforts for DTC campaign.
- In partnership with digital team develop nurturing campaigns that align with the communication plans, which includes on analytics, media, etc. Previous digital and direct-to-consumer experience required.
- Create Marketing email campaigns that align with the communication plans, which includes communication objectives, channels of distribution and message strategy for different personas throughout the treatment journey.
- Responsible for the creation of and updates to branded and support program materials for the Community, including Spanish translations.
- Manage agency partners in creation of content and materials for DTC initiatives.
- Track accruals and actuals against yearly budget. Accountable for successful completion of projects on time and on budget.
- Manage the training, printing, and fulfillment process for all Community materials, including Spanish translations.
- Actively manage multiple agency partners to ensure execution on agreed timelines, budget, and quality deliverables.
- Ensure execution of Marketing activities in compliance with Medical, Regulatory and Legal requirements and processes.
REQUIREMENTS - 8+ years of pharma or biotech Commercial experience, with at least 3 years of Community Marketing experience.
- Direct-to-consumer experience required.
- Knowledge of digital programs required.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Expertise in brand marketing and strong project management experience with the ability to work on multiple priority projects simultaneously.
- Experience managing external partners and budgets.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, and regulatory and compliance environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders such as Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Patient Services, Marketing Operations, Market Insights, Patient Advocacy, etc.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively write and deliver presentations to Commercial leadership and engaging with the Community to meet their needs.
- Strong operational and relationship skills, with attention to detail and an authentic commitment to working closely with the community.
- Track record demonstrating accountability, sense of urgency, and ability to execute.
