Job Summary
AT A GLANCE: • Opportunity to practice 100% interventional radiology • Join a dynamic team of talented physicians, nurses, technologists, and advanced practice providers • 1 in 4 call schedules covering ONLY Geisinger Wyoming Medical Center • Participate in the training of outstanding integrated and independent interventional radiology and diagnostic radiology residents and teaching of Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine students • Ability to practice full range of interventional procedures with wide mix of pathology • Facilities include 2 angiography suites, 2 minor procedure room including ultrasound • Department houses one of the largest 3D printing/3D imaging labs in the country with opportunities for translational research

Geisinger Community Medical Center (GCMC ) has been a part of the Geisinger family since 2012. GCMC provides high-quality, coordinated, patient-centered care for residents throughout Lackawanna County and northeastern Pennsylvania. Located in Scranton, GCMC has the only Level II trauma center and electronic intensive care unit in Lackawanna County, providing care for the most seriously ill and injured patients.
