Job description
HIGH LEVEL OVERVIEW
Newly created position of Customs Compliance Manager for North America.
Hybrid working conditions and great benefits package.
Open to candidates within a couple of hours of Chicago suburbs.
EXPECTATIONS
Lead the trade compliance program mainly for North America
Serve as an individual contributor for this stand alone business unit
Oversee classification, NAFTA & other FTA’s
Ability to travel within North America
Train coworkers in the US and Canada
Ability to work with CBP and other Gov’t agencies
ESSENTIALS
Customs Broker’s License or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience managing a North American trade compliance program
Experience in product classifications, NAFTA & other FTA’s
SAP experience helpful
Hybrid position for Chicago area or Midwest based candidates
