The Physician Finder Plus (PFP) is the most utilized tool for Humana members. As the Provider Directory team, they manage and input the criteria that is needed to make the online PFP and the printed directories accurate. Come join the team as a Provider Installation Representative 2 and contribute to making a difference for our Humana members.


As a part of the Provider Directory team, the Provider Installation Representative 2 will be responsible for building forms as one of their main tasks; typically completed in June and July each year for the following year. The provider information has to be maintained and remain accurate, so our members have a positive experience in obtaining the needed information for their wellbeing; therefore, this tea reviews the directories (in PDF form) every 30 days.

Hours: Monday - Friday Shift, First 90 days 8:00am - 4:30pm


Flex time after probation, “office” hours 6:00am - 5:30pm, Must log in by 9:00am; 40 hours - with potential overtime June - October


Training: Remote with camera, Intermittent for 8 weeks “classroom” instruction with trainers, working tasks


Location: Remote KY or Remote IN, live within 90 miles of Louisville, KY

Work at Home Connectivity Requirements

Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
