Job description
Role : Gen AI Engineers
Duration : Long Term Contact
Location : Malvern PA or Charlotte NC
Data Engineering Skills:
- Proficiency in Python and SQL databases is a must.
- Knowledge of various ETL techniques, Data Modeling and frameworks in production setting.
- Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools.
- Understanding of data warehousing and data lake concepts.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services.
- Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.
- Experience with MLOps is preferred but not required.
GenAI/LLM Skills:
- Experience with AI and Machine Learning algorithms.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages used in AI.
- Familiarity with AI platforms and understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Understanding of RAG, neural networks, and other AI/ML concepts.
- Ability to design and implement AI models.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
General Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to clearly and effectively present complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
Desirable Skills:
Experience with data visualization tools.
Knowledge of statistical and data analysis methods.
Experience with distributed data/computing tools.
Certifications in Data Engineering, AI, or related fields.
Prior experience in a similar role.
