Job description
Your role in our team
- You will maintain the SAP systems configuration in the areas of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Human Resources
- You will define and refine technical requirements based on the business / functional requirements
- You will prepare technical documentation that supports the continuous delivery of the business process
- You will coordinate SAP key users and role owners for US region
- You will provide first level and local support of all other SAP modules: SCM, Material master, Sales & Distribution modules, and projects (SKALK, material master)
- You will act as main interface for SAP support for US region in coordination with team in Germany
- You will provide support of SAP applications, including integration points with other SAP modules and non-SAP applications to ensure business processes are maintained in a non-disruptive manner
- You will demonstrate a logical and structural approach to time management and task prioritization
Your Position
- You have a BS/BA in a related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- You have three to five years of successful experience in Information Technology.
- You have five (5)+ years’ configuration experience in implementing/supporting SAP Financial applications.
- You have strong experience in AP/AR processes including Financial & EDI invoices and Payments.
- You have solid understanding of standard SAP functionalities in overall finance processes.
- You have experience in implementing and supporting SAP customization including interfaces and enhancements.
- You have a strong focus on customer needs.
- You have strong conceptual, analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and resolution skills.
- You have experience in SAP cloud solutions such as Ariba and Concur
- You have proficiency with SAP roadmap for ECC and S/4 HANA
- You have knowledge or experience with ADP and SuccessFactors
- You have the ability to work with limited supervision and exhibit a strong sense of urgency
- You are self-motivated, flexible, and open to learning
