The Tradesmen Group LLC (TTG) is seeking a Public Relations/Marketing Specialist to work out of our headquarters in Plain City, Ohio. This position will apply digital marketing strategies to increase the organization's online presence and support company growth into expanded markets while working with other internal and external contacts to create a professional and consistent brand standard throughout the company.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Identifies target customers and markets.
• Collaborates with sales and operations teams to build brand consistency for internal and external messaging.
• Creates digital marketing for websites, emails, social media, and blogs.
• Uses social media to interact with clients and to build and maintain working relationships.
• Implements and optimizes analytics tools to track behavior of website visitors.
• Forecasts trends by reviewing search engine optimization (SEO), marketing, and sales performance metrics.
• Collects and maintains sales records required to track, review, and modify performance of marketing initiatives.
• Forecasts and analyzes sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance; prepares and presents reports summarizing information; recommends new campaign strategies.
• Maintains knowledge of developments, trends, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Extensive knowledge of marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
• Extensive knowledge of website analytics tools, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.

• Thorough knowledge of web design and HTML.
• Ability to optimize search engine keyword searches.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the proven ability to collaborate with web designers and programmers.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar related software.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, or related field required.
• At least two years of digital marketing experience required.
• One to three years of related experience in business, promotional sales, customer service, or related field preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
