We are currently seeking a Task Order Program Manager (TOPM) / Transition Manager (TM) for a full-time hybrid position at our headquarters office in Herndon, VA. As part of our corporate team, you will join a group of professionals constantly striving to ensure that RCG continues to thrive.

Primary Responsibilities:

The TOPM/TM shall be responsible for the prime CATTS Contract by assigning taskings to Contractor personnel, supervise on-going technical efforts, and manage overall task order performance. The TOPM/TM shall have the ultimate authority to commit the Contractor’s organization and make decisions for the Contractor’s organization in response to Government issues, concerns, or problems. The TOPM/TM shall be readily available to respond to Government questions, concerns, and comments, as well as be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual or programmatic issues.
