Job Description
What Your Impact Will Be:
- Review schedules and coverage with Assistant Manager, provide recommendations as warranted.
- Assist in opening and closing store and warehouse.
- Granted store entry and safe access.
- Assist with sales detail report.
- Assists in the ongoing training and onboarding of new employees.
- Highly skilled at cashiering and expert in hospitality
- Resolve customer concerns in a fair and equitable manner.
- Provide coaching and timely feedback to tram members, escalate to management as necessary.
- Assist in daily staff huddles and team assignments.
- Assist in coordinating daily team breaks and mealtimes.
- Ensure daily aisle zoning is completed.
- Demonstrate flexibility in managing change.
Qualifications

- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and be flexible to changes in priorities and schedules
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
A successful candidate must have:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Capability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to bend and stretch - ability to lift 25 pounds
- Manual dexterity for use of a cash register, computer keyboard and telephone
- Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.
Hourly:
The base hourly rate for this position is between $18.00 and $20.00 per hour.
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base hourly rate will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
