Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Java Developer in a remote capacity. In this role, you'll collaborate with a team of experienced developers, contributing to projects with significant impact on business objectives. Responsibilities:
Code Development & Maintenance: Write clean, efficient, and reusable Java code based on requirements. Continuously improve and optimize existing codebase.
Collaboration: Work closely with a team of developers, testers, and project managers to deliver high-quality software projects on schedule.
Testing: Implement unit tests using frameworks such as JUnit. Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the software meets quality standards.
Integration: Develop and maintain integrations with external systems, APIs, and databases.
Documentation: Maintain documentation for code and systems, ensuring that teammates can understand and build upon your work.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest Java development trends, tools, and best practices. Seek opportunities for professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner, ensuring smooth project progression.

Required Qualifications:
H1B/US Citizen
3+ years of experience in Java development.
Proficient with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
Strong understanding of Java 8 and above features.
Familiarity with databases like Oracle 12C and higher.
Experience with tools like JMeter, slf4j, and JUnit Framework.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JSF, JavaScript, XML, and HTML.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preference:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
